Our History

The Valley Network at Exeter, opened in 1997 as an arm of the Tamar Valley Christian Church, to be a resource for members of the West Tamar Community in their time of need. Since then we have helped our clients by assisting them in practical ways during difficult times.

Your Help

You can help by:
  • Donating unwanted household goods and apparel, in clean, good working condition.
  • Donating pantry items for our Welfare Clients.
  • Donating funds towards our Emergency Relief and onsite projects, contact us to learn more.

We have 2 shops on site.
Our OP SHOP selling preloved clothing and bedding, and our SHED selling household items.
All our items are well priced and in good, workable condition. Our sites are clean and well tended to, allowing you to shop with dignity.

Welfare Assistance / Emergency Relief….

We can offer assistance at times when you need it most, by helping you to overcome your financial burdens.

If you are struggling to make ends meet, and would benefit from assistance, please book a welfare appointment with our case worker.

We are able to offer basic food and toiletry packages and vouchers, by assessment.

Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 3pm and can be made in person by dropping into our onsite office, or by phoning us on 03 63 943471
